What To Wear To The Golf Course: Right Attire

It is well worth your time to know the rules of your club before you even load your clubs to prevent either appearing stupid or being turned away for having on unsuitable clothing. For the public courses, the dress codes are usually a little more indulgent.

Previously, the uniform of the golfer was stiff and prickly wool, all over the year, with tremendously minimum breath capability and ease of movement. And, back then, it was even worse for some ladies who played the game; they were forced to wear full skirts, blouses right up to their chins and big hats. No wonder golf took so long to catch on with the normal public! Now, there are superior materials, with better breath ability and ease. Closer cut clothing allows for improved range of movement, and enhanced overall swing.

Golf may be costly enough without adding the attire into the mix. Do not get over-involved in dressing a particular manner if it is really not compulsory to do so. If there is not a restriction in club compelling you to do so, do not feel compelled to purchase numerous "golf pants" or other relevant outfits. Be cautious about the other golfers and get a normal idea of what everybody is wearing. This will help you to understand of what is acceptable and standard at this golf course. Wear the clothing which fits your body, your pocket size and your individual preferences. Bear in mind many things however:

1) Cotton is one of the finest materials for summer month play. It is breathable, soft and will protect against chafing, even as allowing for sweat evaporation.

2) Lighter colors reflect more of the sun's light, therefore keeping you cooler too.

3) If you could pay for it, there are tops that are treating to block the sun's rays as well as to put off flying pests.

4) Remember as well: too tight and you will not be comfy, and risk skin breakdown. Too loose and you might obstruct your own play.

Put on what looks good, fits well and which will give you a feeling of real golfer.
