First of all determine if your hard disk is too full. The hard drive is where the operating system is stored, along with all other programs which are required to make your PC run properly, so if there is too much extra stuff there it will slow your computer down. Ideally there must be 300MBs to 500MBs of free space on your hard drive. It requires this free space for temporary files and other disk file chores. If other things are being stored on your hard drive, transfer it to another location on your PC or to an external hard disk drive, zip drive or back up disk. Now take a look at control panel to determine if there are any programs there which you do not use. If you don't utilize them, just delete them. Uninstall programs that serve no purpose because they are just taking up space. Because of this, when you will try to open this software, the PC will look around for all of the pieces of it.
